| Submission Process |
- The Author submits the manuscript to the Journal Editor at editor@apjcap.com (Academic integrity is vital). The Author suggests two reviewers who are experts in their field.
- Receipt of papers will be acknowledged by email.
- The Editors review the paper and may confer with the Editorial Committee. Poor quality or inappropriate papers may be rejected outright and returned to the author with an explanation.
- The Editorial Board assigns two referees to review the paper to determine the originality of research and the suitability for publication. A double bind (anonymous) peer review process will follow.
- The paper is returned to the Editorial Board with the Referees opinion regarding publishing. This opinion will be on a referee form together with a separate sheet of comments. Reviewers' comments will be sent to authors when revisions to the paper are considered necessary.
- The Editor contacts the Author with the decision on the suitability of the paper for publication, for revision before publication, or if it should be rejected.
- The Editor and Editorial Committee reserve the right to make revisions to writing for greater clarity of style.
- The review process will usually be completed within three months of submission, and the decision of the Editor and Editorial Committee is final.
