Submission of Articles Submission of Articles Submission Process	Submission Process   The Author submits the manuscript to the Journal Editor at editor@apjcap.com (Academic integrity is vital). The Author suggests two reviewers who are experts in their field. Receipt of papers will be acknowledged by email. The Editors review the paper and may confer with the Editorial Committee. Poor quality or inappropriate papers may be rejected outright and returned to the author with an explanation. The Editorial Board assigns two referees to review the paper to determine the originality of research and the suitability for publication. A double bind (anonymous) peer review process will follow. The paper is returned to the Editorial Board with the Referees opinion regarding publishing. This opinion will be on a referee form together with a separate sheet of comments. Reviewers' comments will be sent to authors when revisions to the paper are considered necessary. The Editor contacts the Author with the decision on the suitability of the paper for publication, for revision before publication, or if it should be rejected. The Editor and Editorial Committee reserve the right to make revisions to writing for greater clarity of style. The review process will usually be completed within three months of submission, and the decision of the Editor and Editorial Committee is final.
