Criteria for acceptance
Format and Style
 
Articles submitted will conform to certain requirements:
  1. To assure anonymity the author's details will be given on a title page and should not appear as a header or footer on any other page.

    Name (Title eg. Dr.), Given name and Family name. Qualifications: relevant background information, Postal Address, Telephone, Fax and E-Mail of main author.

    Title of Article.

    Key words 3-5 selected for indexing purposes.

  2. All articles submitted for publication in the Journal will be original material. Material will be certified by the author that the submission is new or a duly authorized revised form for publication with APJCAP and where required have an editor's note with copyright permission.

  3. If more than one author, copyright will be certified and guaranteed by the first author that each author listed has contributed substantially to the concept and the writing of the work.

  4. The author(s) will retain the copyright of their submission to the Journal.

  5. Contributions are to be in the form ready for publication and to follow the style set by the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association. (APA. 5th Ed.). Please number each page, double- space text throughout the document and use 12pt type

  6. Provide a summary/Abstract (100 words).

  7. This informative summary is to include type of investigation, methodology, main findings and conclusions. No References

  8. Research papers must indicate informed consent from participants re any interviews published or other personal information. Ethical proof of permission to reproduce visual material or to quote copyright material must be given and acknowledged in the article.

  9. The author is responsible for the accuracy of all references and quotations.

  10. Footnotes should be avoided. When their use is absolutely necessary, the footnotes should be numbered consecutively and should be typed at the bottom of the page to which they refer. Place a line above the footnote to separate it from the main text. Use the appropriate superscript for citation in the text.
